In 2020, Emma moved with her family from Dublin to a quieter part of Castlerea, seeking a change of pace and a peaceful place to call home. As they settled into their new surroundings, Emma began exploring different hobbies, and it wasn’t long before she discovered a true passion for baking.

By 2024, Emma was fully immersed in creating homemade cakes, dedicating her spare time to crafting custom cakes for all kinds of celebrations, while continuing her work as an Account Coordinator.

Emma’s cakes are all homemade, lovingly baked with the finest ingredients and a personal touch. Her signature creation, Emma’s Classic Cake, has earned a reputation for its perfectly balanced flavour—neither too sweet nor overpowering. It’s a cake that people fall in love with from the very first bite, making it a favourite for all types of celebrations.
